Sharing and processors
We share data only with service providers needed to operate NeuraGeek, such as hosting, analytics, payment processing, support and security systems. Apart from the advertising measurement described below, these providers are not allowed to use your data for their own purposes.
Cookies
We use cookies to keep you signed in, hold your session, process payments, measure how NeuraGeek is used and measure our advertising. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies in their settings, though blocking the essential ones will stop sign-in and payments working. You can also contact us to ask us to stop using your data for advertising measurement.

Advertising and measurement
We advertise NeuraGeek on Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and use the Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API, alongside Google Analytics, to see which ads lead to signups and subscriptions. These tools receive the pages you visit and whether you signed up or purchased, with the plan and amount. Your email address is only ever sent to Meta as an irreversible cryptographic hash so it can be matched without being readable, and we never send your name, school or study content. Meta may use this activity to measure and target ads; you can limit that in your Meta ad preferences.
- Email is hashed, never sent in readable form
- No name, school or study data shared
- Limit ad targeting in your Meta settings
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards including authenticated access, encrypted transport, access controls and monitoring. No online service can guarantee perfect security, but we design for protection by default.
