Accounts are for individual use. Students under 18 should use NeuraGeek with parent or guardian permission and supervision where required.

Paid plans unlock premium features for the stated billing period. Prices, features and promotions may change, but active purchases retain the access described at purchase unless otherwise stated.

Acceptable use

You may not abuse, reverse engineer, overload, scrape, resell, share, or use the platform for illegal, harmful, fraudulent or abusive activity.

Content and accuracy

AI responses are designed to support learning, but students should still verify important answers, especially for graded work. NeuraGeek does not guarantee exam outcomes.

Suspension

We may warn, restrict, suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, create security risk, abuse platform limits, or misuse payment/refund systems.
