Frequently asked questions
Do I need a stylus or a tablet?+
No. You can answer on real paper, the way you will in the exam, then photograph your pages with your phone or upload a scanned PDF, and they are marked the same way. On screen, a finger, a stylus or a keyboard all work too.
How do I get work I did on paper marked?+
Open the paper, tap Answer on paper, and add a photo of each page in order: flat, in good light, with no shadow across it. For a question, photograph just that answer; for a whole past paper, photograph every page of your script, including pages you left blank, and you get one report for the paper. A scanner app PDF works too; each page becomes a photo.
Is it free?+
Solving is free on any paper your plan can open: writing, typing, the exam timer and saving your work. Marking your answers against the mark scheme, and asking the AI about a question while you solve, are part of Ultimate.
What if my internet drops or I switch devices?+
Keep writing. Your work is sent to your account as soon as you are back online, so a reload or a dropped connection does not lose it. Because it is saved to your account, you can start on a tablet and finish on a laptop, and the Progress tab lists everything you have started.
How is my answer marked?+
The marker reads your working against the mark scheme for that exact paper and awards each point with evidence quoted from what you wrote, so you can see the reason behind the result.
Which questions can I solve on screen?+
Theory questions in Past Papers, Topicals and Test Builder, across the Cambridge IGCSE, O Level and A Level subjects on NeuraGeek. MCQs keep their own answer screen, which marks each one as you go.
